Cancellation Policy

​At Armstrong Outdoors, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all hunters and our team, please contact us about cancellations using the method below. All cancellations must be made by text or email.
Cancellation Notice Requirements:
• 30 Days Notice: Cancel with 30 or more days notice and receive a full refund with no charge.
• Less than 30Days Notice: Cancel with less than 30 days notice and a 50% charge will apply to your total trip cost.
• 7 or Fewer Days Before Trip: Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip date and 100% of your total trip cost will be charged.

Last-minute changes cannot always be filled, and they impact the quality of the hunt for everyone. This policy ensures fairness, reliability, and a consistent experience for all of our hunters.
